OSCE MInsk Group's Proposals

Since the 1994 ceasefire agreement, the OSCE Minsk Group has put forward several proposals for basic principles of a peaceful resolution of conflict. These proposals are summarized into four main phases as described herein briefly. Click the respective proposal in the menu to the right.
